As you begin your search for the right home with Last Chance Housing, our goal is to make the process simple, smooth, and stress-free. Finding the perfect place should be exciting, and we’re here to help guide you through each step while helping you avoid common obstacles along the way.


First Come, First Serve Availability
 

At Last Chance Housing, homes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A property is not reserved until all applicants have completed the lease signing process and the required security deposit has been received.


Qualifications

*Applicants must be 18 years or older


*A household income of 2 to 3 times the monthly rent

*Favorable credit history with no open bankruptcies


*Rental history and outstanding debt are reviewed

*Criminal background checks are performed where permitted

Application and Move-In Fees


Applicants must complete the screening process through TransUnion/ Zillow.

Once approved, a security deposit equal to at least one month’s rent will be required within 48 hours to secure the home.
